Drag and drop

Open the invoice list and drop the files on it. You can also use the upload button and pick files from your computer. Glimps starts reading straight away. The card in the list shows the progress, and the list updates by itself.
You can keep working while invoices process. Nothing is lost if you close the tab.

Several files at once

Drop a whole folder of PDFs. Glimps queues them and works through them in order. Large batches take a few minutes.
Each administration has its own processing queue. If a batch is still running, a new invoice waits its turn rather than slowing everything down.

What you can upload

  • PDF, born digital or scanned.
  • Images, such as a photo of a receipt.
  • One PDF holding several invoices. Glimps notices and asks before splitting.

Attaching an invoice in a chat

You can also drop a PDF into a chat with Luca and ask about it. See Luca.

Deleting an upload

Open the invoice and choose Delete. This cannot be undone. If the invoice was already booked in Exact Online, deleting it here does not reverse the booking in Exact.
