What to ask
- “What is blocking my invoices this week?”
- “How much did we spend at Van Dijk Verpakkingen this year?”
- “Which invoices are waiting on a person right now?”
- “Why has invoice 2026-4417 not been booked?”
- “Which suppliers are on autopilot?”
What you see while it works
Luca shows its steps: which data it looked up, what it gathered, and what it could not check. If it cannot find enough evidence, it says so instead of inventing an answer. You can stop a running question, and retry one that failed.Ask first, or automatic
Two modes, set per chat with a default of your own:
Setup changes and sending to Exact Online always ask first, in both modes.
A proposal shows the field, the current value, and the new value. Nothing changes until you confirm, and a proposal expires if you leave it.
From an invoice
Open the chat from an invoice and it already knows which one you mean. From there you can ask for a booking summary, open the invoice, or send it.Where else Luca shows up
- Mailbox: Luca reads along in your Microsoft 365 mailbox and picks the invoices out. See Mailbox.
- Rule proposals: Luca notices repeated corrections and proposes a fixed rule, with the evidence next to it.
- Recommendations: on Insights, with the arithmetic already done.
- Self-driving: Luca writes the questions cases need, and reads the answers. See Self-driving.
What Luca will not do
- It will not approve an invoice for you.
- It will not change settings without asking.
- It will not answer without evidence. An answer it cannot support is an answer it does not give.
