When you see onboarding
Admins are prompted to choose a subscription plan if the organization does not yet have an active subscription. After subscription, the onboarding flow guides you through the initial setup.

Choose a monthly or yearly plan that fits your invoice volume.
Provide billing details
Enter billing contact, address, VAT number, and invoice email details. Review the order summary before confirming.You are redirected to the payment checkout screen.
Complete payment
Finish the checkout flow and return to the setup flow.The plan is active and you can continue onboarding.
Complete onboarding
The onboarding flow contains three steps: connect Exact Online, configure settings, and complete the setup. Use Next to move through each step or Skip if you need to finish later.
Skipping onboarding may leave required connections and rules unconfigured, which can block automation.
