Questions help you resolve invoice uncertainty by involving teammates so approvals keep moving.

Ask a colleague

From an invoice, choose Ask a Colleague, select a teammate, enter your question, and send it.
The question appears in the recipient’s Questions list and links back to the invoice.

Respond to questions

Use the Questions page to view incoming and outgoing requests. Select a question to review invoice context, submit your response, and mark the question as resolved.
Answering questions quickly keeps invoices moving through approvals.
