User management controls who can process invoices, approve payments, and administer settings.

Invite a user

Send invitations from the Users list and assign the right role for the work they will do. Recipients join your company with that role.

Manage roles

Update a user’s role when responsibilities change so access aligns with their tasks. Changes take effect the next time they sign in.
Authorizers handle approvals, while users and admins manage invoice processing.
