# Subscription and onboarding

> Choose a plan, provide billing details, and complete onboarding.

## When you see onboarding

Admins are prompted to choose a subscription plan if the organization does not yet have an active subscription. After subscription, the onboarding flow guides you through the initial setup.

## Choose a plan

    Choose a monthly or yearly plan that fits your invoice volume.

    Enter billing contact, address, VAT number, and invoice email details. Review the order summary before confirming.

      You are redirected to the payment checkout screen.

    Finish the checkout flow and return to the setup flow.

      The plan is active and you can continue onboarding.

## Complete onboarding

The onboarding flow contains three steps: connect Exact Online, configure settings, and complete the setup. Use Next to move through each step or Skip if you need to finish later.
