# Your profile

> Interface language, notification schedules, and delegation.

Open **Profile** from the bottom of the sidebar. Everything here is yours alone. It does not change anything for your colleagues.

## Your details

Your name, mail address, role, and the date you joined. Ask an administrator if your role or name needs to change.

## Interface language

Glimps speaks Dutch and English. It starts in Dutch, whatever language your browser uses.

To work in English, choose it under **Interface language**. Glimps saves the choice in your profile, so it stays after you sign out and works on every device. The choice is per person, so you and your colleague can read the same invoice in different languages.

<Tip>
  Use this setting, not the translate option of your browser. Glimps asks the browser not to translate the page, because browser translation can break the screen.
</Tip>

## Approval notifications

Choose when Glimps mails you about invoices waiting for your approval.

| Setting | What you get |
| - | - |
| Immediately | A mail the moment an invoice is assigned to you |
| Daily digest | One mail a day, at the time you pick |
| Weekly digest | One mail a week, on the day and time you pick |
| Specific days | A digest on the weekdays you choose |
| Disabled | Nothing by mail. You still see everything in the app |

Two extras: a digest can list only what is new since the last one, and it can carry the invoice PDF as an attachment.

## Question notifications

Questions from colleagues have their own schedule, with the same choices. One extra option keeps the mail short: it only says how many questions are open, instead of listing them.

<Tip>
  If a colleague is on a daily digest, your question lands in their next scheduled mail, not straight away. Glimps tells you this when you send it, so you know what to expect.
</Tip>

## Delegation

Going away? Set a delegate for a date range. During that period your approvals also reach them, and their decision is recorded as taken on your behalf. See [Delegation](/authorizers/delegation).

## Two-factor authentication

You do not set it up on your profile. When your organization makes it mandatory, Glimps asks you to set it up when you sign in. See [Signing in](/account/sign-in#two-factor-authentication).

## Sign out

The sign out button sits on your profile page.
